- Upload content that is abusive, harassing, or threatening
- Use our service for commercial CDN purposes without permission
- Attempt to hack, disrupt, or abuse our systems
- Upload executable files (.exe, .scr, .jar, etc.)

4. Content Responsibility
- You are responsible for all content you upload
- We are NOT responsible for user-uploaded content
- We act as a neutral platform and do not endorse or control user content
- We reserve the right to remove any content at our discretion
- We may delete files that violate these terms without notice
- We do not monitor content before upload
- Users must ensure their content complies with all applicable laws

5. File Storage and Deletion
- Files may be deleted at any time for any reason
- We provide no guarantee of file availability or retention
- Expired files are automatically deleted
- We may implement storage limits or cleanup policies
- Hotlinking is disabled by default for security and bandwidth protection
- Hotlinking settings can be modified by emailing hotlinks@hack.ngo

6. Privacy
- We collect minimal data necessary to operate the service

- We may log IP addresses for abuse prevention

7. Disclaimers
- Service is provided "as is" without warranties
- We make no guarantees about uptime, speed, or reliability
- We are not responsible for lost or deleted files
- We are not responsible for user-uploaded content or any legal issues arising from it
- We act as a neutral hosting platform under applicable safe harbor provisions
- Use at your own risk

8. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any damages arising from use of our service, including but not limited to:
- Lost files or data
- Service interruptions
- Security breaches
- Third-party actions

9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims arising from your use of the service or violation of these terms.
